International Center for Etudes (ICE)
Offering
Employee Suggestion Schemes
Training Program
Introduction:
This is a 3
hour module that is targeted mostly to the people directly involved,
or planning to be involved, at implementing or administering a
scheme for capturing employees’ suggestions.
It is highly
crucial to take advantage of the creativity within our employees.
Their ideas may lead on to provide solutions to specific problems,
whilst others may contribute positively towards achieving
improvement.
Every
employee should be encouraged to involve himself in participating
his ideas to improve work methods, reduce costs, reduce impact on
the environment, improve specific conditions, improve the quality of
product or customer service. Employee suggestion schemes are a means
of developing your own solutions to make things better.
This seminar
is therefore of special interest to quality and HR personnel.
Different options for processing and handling suggestions submitted
will be discussed throughout this interactive programme to
demonstrate the various ways to achieve results.
After
completing the presentation, candidates will be able to:
• appreciate the Employee Suggestion Scheme as a
means of process improvement
• understand the key concepts of implementing
such a scheme
• go through a typical procedure to describe a
suggestion scheme
Target Audience:
This
presentation is intended for personnel interested in setting up an
