Diploma Introduction:
HRM is concerned with fostering
and developing winning relationships between the firm's management
and its most important asset, the employee. This professional
diploma is a practical approach to HRM. The program was developed
out of consultation between HRM specialists and industry. Therefore,
ICE is pleased to
offer the Diploma in Human Resource Management. The objective is to
help participants develop a high level of competency in the
PRACTICAL facets of HRM so preparing them for leadership positions
in the HR function.
Course Objectives :
The aim of the Human Resource
Management Diploma is to:
- Bridge the “theory-practice gap” by
combining professional experience in human resources with an
academic core emphasizing reading, discussion, reflection and
analysis.
- Equip participants with the necessary skills
and knowledge that would provide a solid foundation for careers in
the field of human resource management
- Provide participants with a general
qualification in the field of human resource management.
- Facilitate the development of critical skills
related to success in human resources.
- Enhance the quality of academic research and
consulting for participants studying human
resources.
- Outline the challenges that face the Human
Resource Management in modern times.
- Analyze the different dimensions of the
Strategic Human Resource Management.
- Explore different methods to manage
workforce diversity, and explore the need for creating a
supportive corporate culture.

managing employees’ performance management.
