Objectives:

 

After attending this program, participants will have achieved the following result:

 

1- Comprehending the current changes and challenges affecting management efficiency.

2- Understanding the elements of the managerial process.

3- Developing the basic skills for women managers to accomplish organizational objectives.

4- Identifying the problems that face women managers and the proper approaches for solving them.

 

Course Contents :

 

1- The new challenges in modern organizations, and the role of women managers to    confront them.

2- The managerial process and the nature of organizations as open systems operating in different environments.

3- Leadership skills for women managers, technical organizational, administrative, mental and behavioral.

4- Differences between male and female managers' roles, and the pressures that a female manager faces.

5- Leadership grid and the factors that influence leader’s effectiveness.

6- Managing work teams embracing men and women.

7- Practical approach for decision making and problem solving, and the significance of creativity.

  

By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

         1. Handle better some of the special challenges facing women in leadership roles.

         2. Act with more confidence and self-belief

         3. Articulate an inspiring vision

         4. Influence others more effectively.

 

Target Audience:

Women managers who have the potential to take on more senior roles in their

organizations and who would welcome the opportunity to develop their confidence and leadership skills.
