Introduction:
Mediation
is a voluntary and confidential process facilitated by a neutral
third party (the mediator) who assists the disputing parties to
negotiate a jointly acceptable resolution of the dispute. To the
contrary of litigation or arbitration, the disputing parties control
the outcome which is mutually satisfactory (win/win
result).
This workshop is
designed to offer you a comprehensive and practical introduction to
business mediation. After two days, attendees will have gained the
necessary knowledge to enable them to deal confidently with the
commercial disputes and to solve them through mediation
techniques.
