International Center for Etudes (ICE)
Offering
Drafting International Business
Contracts
Training Program
Introduction:
With the increasing number of cross-border transactions,
drafting and negotiating precise commercial agreements plays a vital
role in achieving successful international business results. Today,
most international agreements are drafted in the English language
irrespective of the nationality of contracting parties. This
practical two-day seminar focuses on business contracts - what they
are and how to put them in place.
Besides, it is obvious that disputes about the
interpretation of written contracts are one of the largest sources
of commercial litigation. Clarity and fair construction is the key
to successful business contracts.
If you are involved in drafting commercial contracting or
dealing with contracts at any level, you need to grasp the practical
legal implications of the contractual relationships to ensure you do
not expose your organization or your client to unnecessary
risk.
This seminar is designed to offer a comprehensive and
practical introduction to business contracts. After two days,
attendees will have gained the necessary knowledge to enable them to
recognize and deal confidently with the risks and benefits of
commercial contracts.
