Course Description and Objective
Good
communication is the lifeblood of organizations.
No matter how you
communicate, which language you use,
or which channel you choose, your purpose is always to convey a
clear comprehendible message to your recipients. Good communicators
use it to handle information and improve relations.
This course is about the art of getting your message
across effectively. You need to develop your communication skills
to be able to communicate with ease and confidence. A vital aspect
of communication is understanding body language. Therefore, the
course will allow you to evaluate how well you are at communicating
and help you to consolidate and build on new skills.

BY the end
of this program participants will be able to:
Understand how to
capitalize on their communication strengths, adjust to accommodate
their weaknesses, effectively use office communication tools, and
better handle difficult people.
